Captain Kirk and Commander Spock travelled back in time to 1930 Earth using the Guardian
 of Forever to correct changes to the timeline caused by a time-displaced Dr. Leonard McCoy

-Exposing a citizen of the 20th century, a policeman to an extraterrestrial (Spock)


"Assignment: Earth"

USS Enterprise used the slingshot maneuver around Sol to travel back in time to 1968 Earth for temporal historical research

-Using 23rd century technology (a communicator) in the presence of a citizen of the 20th century
-Using 23rd century technology (transporter) to beam up, then back down 20th century citizens (2 NYC police officers)
-Using 23rd century technology (transporter) in view of 20th century citizens (Roberta Lincoln)


"Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home"

Admiral Kirk and his senior officers used the slingshot maneuver to travel back in time to 1986 Earth in their captured Klingon Bird of Prey to bring 2 humpback whales to the 23rd century to respond to the destructive transmission from the "Cetacean Probe"

-Creating a predestination paradox (causal loop) by selling a pair of glasses given to him by Dr. McCoy to an antiques dealer in 1986
-Revealing his future origins to a citizen of 1986 earth, Dr. Gillian Taylor

In DS9 "Trials and Tribble-ations" DTI agent Lucsly says of James Kirk "17 separate temporal violations, the biggest file on record". Since then I always wondered what exactly those 17 violations were. After watching back through TOS and the movies recently, I compiled a list of what I would think the 17 violations would be.
