• The battle of Donatu V is fought between the Federation and Klingon Empire
• USS Constellation NCC-1017 is launched
• Johnathan Archer dies

• In response to a famine crisis Governor Kodos invokes martial law on Tarsus IV and slaughters half of the colonies population.  
• Hoshi Sato dies at Tarsus IV
• USS Hood NCC-1703 is launched

• The Eminiar-Vendikar war begins
• USS Exeter NCC-1672 is launched
• Spock declines an offer to enter the Vulcan Science Academy, instead opting to join Starfleet

• Starfleet loses contact with the UESPA Friendship 1 probe
• USS Excalibur NCC-1664 is launched
• USS Lexington NCC-1709 is launched

• Michael Burnham begins serving aboard USS Shenzhou
• Risa officially joins the Federation
• USS Yorktown NCC-1717 is launched
• Christopher Pike is assigned to the USS Enterprise as first officer under Captain April

• USS Enterprise’s first 5 year mission ends, Captain April is promoted to admiral

• Spock graduates from Starfleet academy

• Philip Boyce becomes chief medical officer of the USS Enterprise

• James Kirk is assigned to USS Republic as a midshipman 

• USS Potemkin NCC-1657 is launched

• Christopher Pike assumes command of USS Enterprise

• James Kirk reports Ben Finney for leaving a baffle plate unsecured, the infraction hampers Finney’s career

• USS Defiant NCC-1764 is launched

• USS Kongo NCC-1710 is launched

• Spock is assigned to the USS Enterprise as a science officer

• The Saladin and Hermes class ships begin construction

• The Ptolemy class tugs begin production

• Spock in promoted to Lieutenant

• USS Enterprise visits Rigel VII.  The away team is ambushed, leaving 3 dead and seven injured

• USS Enterprise makes first contact with Talos IV

• Cadet James Kirk becomes the first person to beat the Kobayashi Maru no-win scenario (by cheating)

• Ensign James Kirk is assigned to USS Republic

• James Kirk is promoted to Lieutenant, assigned to USS Farragut

• Following the signing of the Treaty of Armens, the Sheliak Corporate communicate with the Federation for the last time until 2366

• Nyota Uhura enters Starfleet Academy

• Hikaru Sulu enters Starfleet Academy

• The Crossfield Class enters production

• Battle of the Binary Stars is fought between the Federation and Klingon Empire, the Federation-Klingon war begins

• Michael Burnham is found guilty of mutiny, stripped of rank and sentenced to prison

• USS Discovery and USS Glenn are launched to test the Spore Drive

• USS Glenn is lost

• USS Discovery travels to the Mirror Universe

• USS Discovery returns from the Mirror Universe, jumping ahead in time 9 months.  The event is later classified.

• USS Farragut encounters the dikironium cloud creature at Tycho IV.  Over 200 of the crew including captain Garrovick are lost. 

• The Federation-Klingon War ends

• Michael Burnham is reinstated in Starfleet

• L’Rell becomes Klingon Chancellor

• The D-7 class Klingon battlecruiser enters service

• Following system failures caused by experimental holographic communications systems, USS Enterprise is towed to drydock

• Captain Pike assumes command of USS Discovery

• USS Discovery investigates the Red Bursts

• USS Discovery downloads 100’000 years of data from a sentient sphere, this later leads to the ships computer gaining sentience

• USS Discovery deals with the Section 31/control crisis

• In order to prevent the sphere data from falling into the possession of Control, USS Discovery travels through a wormhole to the 32nd century.  The ship is recorded as destroyed at the battle of Xahea

• All records of USS Discovery, its crew, its missions, and the Spore drive are classified.

• Captain Pike returns to command of the USS Enterprise

• Captain Pike begins a second 5 year mission aboard USS Enterprise

• First contact with the Gorn

• Nyota Uhura graduates from Starfleet Academy, is promoted to Ensign  

• Development begins on the Federation class dreadnaught

• Hikaru Sulu graduates from Starfleet Academy

• James T Kirk is promoted to Lieutenant Commander, becomes first officer of the USS Farragut

• Montgomery Scott comes aboard USS Enterprise, becomes a junior engineer under Commander Pelia

• David Marcus is born

• Starfleet experiments with primitive Holodeck technology

• Dr. Roger Korby dies on Exo III

• John Harriman is born

• SS Beagle crash lands on 892-IV

• Pavel Chekov enters Starfleet Academy

• Omicron Ceti III colony is established

• Matthew Decker is promoted to Commodore

• The first 4 Federation class starships are launched

• Christopher Pike promoted to fleet captain, James Kirk assumes command of USS Enterprise

• Spock becomes USS Enterprise first officer 

• Tuvok is born

• USS Enterprise encounters the Galactic Barrier for the first time

• Hikaru Sulu becomes USS Enterprise helmsman, following the death of Lt. Lee Kelso

• First contact with the Romulans since the Earth Romulan war

• The Federation learns of the relationship between Vulcans and Romulans 

• First contact with the First Federation

• Captain Pike is paralyzed in an accident aboard a training ship

• Neural Parasites attack the colony on Deneva

• First contact with the Horta on Janus VI

• Historian John Gill violated the Prime Directive on Ekos, revealing himself to the pre-warp natives and introducing a version on Nazi fascism to the planet's society, which would lead to a campaign of genocide against the neighboring planet Zeon

• James Kirk is court-martialed at Starbase 11 following the death of Lt. Cmdr. Ben Finney.  The case is dropped after it is discovered that Finney is still alive. 

2267

• The SS Botany Bay is discovered adrift with Khan Noonien Singh and 72 other augments

• Spock steals the Enterprise from Starbase 11, takes Captain Pike to Talos IV

• First official contact with the Gorn is made after the destruction of the colony on Cestus III

• Pavel Chekov graduates Starfleet Academy, is assigned to USS Enterprise

• The Organian Peace Treaty forces peace between the Federation and Klingon Empire

• Coridan joins the Federation after the Babel conference

 

2268

• First official contact with the Mirror Universe

• The Doomsday Machine destroys 2 star systems, the USS Constellation is lost

• The M5 Computer tests result in the destruction of the USS Excalibur

• USS Intrepid is lost near the Gamma 7A system

• USS Exeter crew are killed by an unknown disease at Omega IV.  Captain Tracey is arrested and later court-martialed for the loss of his crew and violating the prime directive

• The joint Federation/Klingon/Romulan colony on Nimbus III is established

• The Polaric Test Ban treaty is signed is signed between the major alpha quadrant powers following the near destruction of Romulan colony world Chaltok IV

• A brief alliance and technological exchange begins between the Klingon and Romulan empires.  This results in Romulans using a variant of the Klingon D-7 battlecruiser

• First contact with the Melkotians

• USS Enterprise enters the Romulan neutral zone on a mission to steal a Romulan cloaking device

• USS Defiant disappears in an interphase rift near Tholian Space

• First contact with the Excalibians

• Beta Niobe goes supernova

• Following multiple time travel mishaps and close calls, the Guardian of Forever planet is interdicted and its coordinates are classified by the Federation
